Revenue Dimensions

Growth strategy viewed from every angle

Welcome to Revenue Dimensions! My name is Ben Coffee. I’m glad that you’ve visited me here :-)

I’ve spent my career watching the future slowly become the present. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across startups, hyper-growth companies, and global technology organizations, experiencing the rise of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and the systems that quietly shape how billions of people work.

Along the way, I found myself increasingly interested in the human side of technological change; how new ideas influence the way we make decisions, build relationships, earn trust, and imagine what comes next.

I studied psychology because I’ve always been curious about people, and that curiosity eventually grew into a fascination with emerging technology and the ways it shapes our lives.

My career has given me the opportunity to experience many of the defining technological shifts of the past twenty years, and it has left me with an enduring appreciation for exploration, lifelong learning, and ambitious ideas.

I live in San Francisco with my family, where I’m usually exploring new technologies, chasing interesting questions, and wondering what might exist just beyond the horizon.

Who I Am

I’m a marketing leader leader with 15+ years of experience driving growth and alignment at companies like Cisco, LiveRamp, DataSift and Gem.

My career began in sales and evolved through operations, demand generation, and analytics, giving me a complete view of the go-to-market engine.

Today, I focus on building high-performing teams and marketing systems that turn complexity into clarity.

What I Believe

I believe the best marketing is simple, clear, and connected to the business.

When sales and marketing pull in the same direction, everything moves faster.

Data matters, but only if it’s trusted and used to make better decisions. And behind every system or process are people, their creativity, their drive, and their need for clarity.

My role is to create the conditions where those people and systems work together to deliver real results.

Leadership Style

My leadership philosophy blends structure and empathy.

I set clear expectations, build systems that empower people, and encourage experimentation without fear.

I believe the best teams are both accountable and creative, grounded in rigorous analytics but free to explore new ideas.

Above all, I lead with curiosity, aiming to create an environment where people can excel individually while achieving more together.

Professional Highlights

You’ve likely seen my resume, but here are a few things I’m especially proud of:

Creative Projects

Know No Nonsense News

I’ve created a series of satirical short videos about some of my favorite topics coming up in the news today.

I publish these on Youtube and I’d love to hear which one is your favorite. Get ready for some silliness: Know No Nonsense News

Dr. Coffee’s Caffeinated Soap

Inspired by Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap, a bottle that can captivate one’s attention with ridiculousness for minutes on end.

But why not put caffeine in soap? Does it have medical or health benefits? Who knows!

I’m putting this million dollar idea out there for anyone willing to put it into production.

Zip-Tie Certified

Give me a problem and I’ll show you how to solve it with nothing but zip-ties. Probably.
